 I am a professional dance artist, choreographer and teacher currently delivering a range of dance and fitness classes in and around Cheshire.

ABOUT ME

I have been dancing since the age of three years old, taking classes in Ballroom, Latin American, Classical Ballet, Modern and Tap. Through my early years, I regularly performed in dance and Amateur Youth Theatre performances, as well as taking RAD and ISTD examinations. I then progressed towards pre-vocational training; attending The Lowry CAT Scheme and The Hammond Associate Programme, whilst also attending The Jenny Brennan School of Dance and achieving brilliant A Level Grades. I then chose to move to London to gain my First Class Degree in Contemporary Dance, through three years of professional training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Through my training, I was fortunate enough to worked with lots of professional dance companies, nationally and internationally. To name just a few; I took work placement periods and workshops with Phoenix Dance Theatre, Alexander Whitley Dance Company and Lea Anderson with who I performed as part of South Bank Fashion Week 2016. Following my graduation, I successfully auditioned for JV2 Dance Company, where I trained extremely hard as part of a professional company setting in Contemporary Dance, Physical Theatre, Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning. The company train rigorously and create works that are then taken on a national tour, concluding with a performance at Saddler’s Wells theatre in London.

I have a passion for dance, fitness and well-being as a whole and I passionately promote this lifestyle as accessible for every individual, through the help of my expertise and advanced knowledge. My passion for fitness grew alongside my professional dance training as they are so tightly knit. My ethos incorporates all elements of my past training (Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Weight Training, Dance, running etc) physically, whilst also working on mental endurance and strength and as a whole, a healthy, active, happy lifestyle.
